Ezer was in Massachusetts for a training this week so Simone and I were on our own again. We took advantage of long days and no cooking to visit some far off friends in Brooklyn and the Bronx. Simone was a trooper, even napping in strange beds and cribs (hard to socialize long distance when you always have to make it back for nap time). We went out a lot - to Target, the park, the library, grocery shopping, clothes shopping, music class, seeing the cousins, etc. I also tried to work on one of my research papers for a few evenings though by the end of the day I tended to be pooped. Hopefully I'll get more done while Ezer watches Simone tomorrow morning!! Yay! Time alone!

With my Amy whom we visited this week...she lives 1 hour and 15 minutes away...I make the trek out there probably biannually:
