Better Times

Before S got sick, we were having a good week!

Fun Tuesday with our friends Ginny and Grace at the Central Park Zoo...

We had a yummy lunch before going in:

And Wednesday S attended her first dissertation defense...congrats to our friend Angela for successfully defending! S and I learned lots about attention and vision. She was actually pretty good. We had A and Auntie M over for dinner yesterday to celebrate together before A leaves for her two months of travel. E and I had our first attempting at making Lasagna Bolognese...a bit time consuming but worth it! A yummy salad and strudel helped round things out for the meal.
