We opened this bottle of wine on S's bday; we bought it on our honeymoon. Hospices de Beaune was a charity hospital in the Burgundy region of France. They have a wine auction every year to support the foundation. But we just bought our bottle in a local shoppe.
We thought it fit well with the spirit of S's birthday and the values we want to pass on to her.
