mini march

Other than the fact that the kids have been sick (Noemi sick again right now), it's been a good March so far.

Wonderful birthday celebration with my family - so thankful for them! Simone had fun celebrating her half birthday that morning at school, plus it's officially Noemi's half birthday - a good day for all.

Ezer went to India for ten days. The girls and I survived. Things like this big box helped (30-pack of ramen plus four-pack of diapers).

Simone turned it into her personal princess clubhouse.

This is right before we left for Simone's first "real" concert...featuring The Fresh Beat Band! The furry tiara/headband is courtesy of a rummage sale we went to. The concert was sold out so mom did some e-bay searching to find these tix!

Picture day was this week so last week we went in for a much-needed haircut.  Hairdresser to me, "Did you do this?!" Um...

Happy to have daddy back - not quite as warm as Delhi but it's 70s all this week! Actually yesterday (the day of the photo) the high was 81! Also, you can see post-haircut results plus picture day dress-up (yes, the tiara is very, very well-liked).

Since it's been so nice, we've been going to the playground often. These are from a slightly more spring-like day.

N loves the music pipes:

A close second:

Actually, riding (w/ mom's help), Simone's scooter probably takes top prize!

N doesn't usually have a preference when it comes to clothes, etc. but she may be starting to. The other day she wanted to go out and got a jacket to put on...but then decided she'd rather wear her vest. And she definitely has a preference for her pretty new shoes!
