Due to popular demand (my sister Joy) here are some photos of N. The smiling one is off center because I was trying to interact with her to get her to smile while holding the camera to the side to capture the smile!
This was the first time she lifted her head this high:
So far she's not a big fan of the Bumble:
The other day S said, "I like Daddy. You like Noemi." Hmm, Daddy probably is her favorite but I certainly don't want her to think I prefer N. Maybe it's because I'm more likely to get mad at S? Or hold N? One of the few interactive things I do with N is "baby exercises" like lift her arms above her head or move her legs in bicycle wheels. S has taken to lying next to N and wanting a turn. She likes it! They both do....too bad I couldn't photograph/video it tonight.
More out of the mouth of S: S one week said "I don't like boys." Today she said "Marcus and Julian are my best friends." These are boys from school. Maybe she should add our friend Riley to the list? We went to the circus at Lincoln Center last week and he was the first to arrive:
We ran into the aforementioned Marcus at the playground:
We went to the playground with my sister and brought the nice camera. It was nice to have a photographer other than me. And to get in on some of the camera subject action.
In action:
Posed:
May was impressed by a photographer she came across who took photos of her children, knees down, in a variety of settings. So she took these:
And here she is, star photographer:
A few weeks ago our church celebrated its tenth anniversary. I've been there for nine of them. Here is lunch Hogwarts style:
It was great to see lots of old faces that came for the special occasion, including my dear friend, Melissa:
S was just happy to be at a party with cake:
I provided some old photos for the slide show. The gal who put it together teased me about my overalls.

Time flies! Love all the pix and anecdotes on Simone & Noemi. Hope to see you soon.
Interesting article - thought appropriate seeing the beautiful young ladies you have. :)
