xmas morning

It was nice to have time as a family to celebrate Christmas. We had a yummy pancake breakfast, Ezer read the Christmas story from Simone's children's Bible, and we opened a few presents. Our walking in the park plans were cut short due to much packing to complete before our flight that evening.

As you might guess, Simone really enjoyed the unwrapping part. In fact, this morning she started finding wrapped presents around our room and tearing into them! Aiyah! Btw, this is her favorite word (a Cantonese expression of shock or dismay). You'll especially hear this if you touch her without permission - personal space is a big space for S. Good thing it doesn't apply to Mom. :)
