Our tree this year. E commented that it looks a little sparse (there are a couple more ornaments on the other side). I said that's because we've only been married three years! Some white lights might look nice though. E was planning on surprising S and me--he thought we went shopping. I had told him that to buy more time while I worked on his surprise gift--I thought he would stay at work longer. No surprises but lots of good intentions.
Our 2007 addition from Buenos Aires. We never did make the effort to figure out the best way to hang it so it is just "nesting" in the branches.
Simone now has her own stocking. Mine is red and E's is green so I thought this was a nice combination in a similar style.
Our new advent calendar...too bad we weren't on the ball enough to actually use it! (Do you see a theme here?) In the pockets are newspaper I stuffed in them last year so they wouldn't get squashed in storage.
