Height: 22 1/4 inches
Head circumference: 38 1/4 cm

Isn't it odd that height is in inches and head circumference in centimeters?
Birth: 6 lbs, 11 oz; One-month: 7 lbs, 13 oz; Two-month: 10 lbs, 2 oz
Yikes, if this keeps up we'll have a gargantuan baby. Of course the slope is steepest in the beginning and levels off; hence the 6-12 month clothing compared to 0-3 and 3-6. Simone is right in the middle for both weight and height.

She was a trooper--three shots in her thighs and three Dora bandages. Poor thing has been running a fever since last night and has been quite miserable. Measuring that .8 ml dose of Infant Tylenol without air bubbles isn't so easy.

TV Notes:
- It's always almost a bit odd to see familiar tv characters in new roles. The Gilmore Girls ended last season and its actors are popping up other places now: Luke is now a father on the new sitcom Aliens in American and Rory's grandfather is an intern on Grey's Anatomy.
- Poor Amazing Race. They must be on hard times. Really--it looks like they didn't recruit for this season and instead went to the Huntington Beach Mall (sorry, now remodeled and called Bella Terra :P) and pulled people off the street. There are two contestants (on different teams) from Fountain Valley, my homely little hometown suburb of 60,000...three contestants from Huntington Beach, the larger city next door. Out of 11 teams 6 are from Southern California and 1 is half from SoCal.
