good day

Just wanted to give a thanksgiving for yesterday:

1) My mom went to her doctor and found out that her post-transplant biopsy showed only 0.1% myeloma cells. Praise God!

This is Mom and Simone. They're showing off the birthday present we gave to her - a mother-of-pearl flower necklace and matching earrings.

2) Simone went to her first day of Chinese day camp. It was just her and two other kids but they turned out to be two girls who are almost exactly her age. I've been praying that she would meet some potential new friends.

This is Simone and her friend, Amy, eldest daughter of good friends Lisa and David in California:

3) My husband indulged me and we went into the city for the Museum of Contemporary Art's Tuesdays on the Terrace. We took the 'L' into the city, had to transfer and walk a bit so it probably took us about an hour to get here. We stayed for an hour and then headed home for bath/bedtime. Glad it's relatively doable...this was downtown and rush hour so we didn't dare drive.

Just a couple of photos of Ezer indulging in some Simone and Noemi love:
